What you paste is read in your browser and is not sent to us unless you choose to save a matrix. The tool reads roles, not names: a person's name or an email address in the paste is replaced with "Named person" and the line number before anything is shown, and only that masked text is ever sent when you save. When you save, the masked lines and the reading are stored so the product can show them back to you, and are deleted on request or when you close your account. Your email address is stored for sign-in. We do not sell data, run advertising, or share your matrices with anyone. Transactional email (sign-in links, receipts) is the only email a saved account receives. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our systems.
