Delegation of Authority Matrix Validator reads a pasted delegation of authority matrix, roles only, places each line on an approval family from a published dictionary, draws the authority ladder for each family, names findings and quotes the clause text behind each. It is a reading of your matrix's lines and a quotation of the clauses. It passes no verdict on a matrix, approves nothing, sets no limit and gives no legal or audit advice, and it says nothing about any transaction or person. Your board, your auditors and your counsel decide what the matrix needs.

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are given on request within 30 days of any charge. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The clause text and evidence guidance quoted are published by The Art of Service and may be used within your organisation for your own internal control work. They may not be resold or republished. The approval family dictionary, the role ranks and the pairs of duties are ours.

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
